LEVEL 1: Phase: 1 & 2 "White Grade "
White Grade sets up each student into the mind set and aggressiveness of this fighting method. It really shows the student what separates us from other martial arts. We teach the most import aspects of any self defense situation. You will learn aggressive striking, kicking, elbows and knees along with dynamic footwork and a solid defense foundation. On top of all this you will be taught the history and rich tradition of the progressive defense method. PRIMARILY DEAL WITH BASIC STRIKING, DEFENSE, FOOTWORK, AGGRESSION & INSTINCTUAL REACTION/RESPONSE.

LEVEL 2: Phases: 1-3 "Green Grade "
Each level becomes more challenging and detailed. In Blue Grade you will be taught levels, counter ground, defense against faster and stronger attackers, and combinations. You will start tying together the previous lesions and learn extreme close quarter defense. We teach you how to short circuit the bad guy(s). Making you control the flow and outcome of the assault, turning the attacker into the victim. We then progress you to take the flow of training and making Bruce Lee's philosophy of "Using No Way as a Way" and bringing it to life. Since Fang Shi Do is a hybrid you will start to see the different influences of each martial art, and fighting method. YOU WILL PRIMARILY DEAL WITH DEDICATED ATTACKS & COMBINATIONS AGAINST 1 or 2 OPPONENTS.

LEVEL 3: Phases:1-4 "Blue Grade"
By Purple Grade you will have the foundation of this fighting method built into you. You will understand how to control and defend any situation that may arise and in different environment settings. You will be pushed even further into the fighting concept dealing with more and more of what you have been taught to dominate on the streets. Sparring and sensitivity training become a major part of this level and included you will go through separately into Martial Arts sections such as: Boxing, Mauy Thai, Jiu Jitsu and Wing Tzun Kung Fu. Each section must be passed ad then blended into current VFSFC tactics and techniques. This enables the student to become a well rounded martial artist; capable of handling 99% of the threats on the streets. You will KNOW that your techniques work because they will be tested under full stress, speed and with uncooperative partners. THIS LEVEL DEALS WITH SCRAP ZONE FIGHTING & RUSHED ATTACKS.

LEVEL 4: Phases: 1-6 "Purple Grade"
By Brown Grade you will be ready for anything on the streets. You will be a different person, carrying yourself with more confidence, you will be healthier and focused. This level will continue to step you further into the other Martial Arts that define V-Force Scientific Fighting Concepts as a whole. We will encourage you to compete in certain amateur events in Boxing, Muay Thai and/or Grappling. By this level you will be ready to go. You will start learning how to BLIND Fight, and we will start making you even stronger by adding elements of training that is designed to make it tougher to defend yourself. You will start to deal more with scenario events and in all environments. More Martial Arts cross training will be implemented. You will be taught: Combatives, The Health Arts such as: Chi Kung and Tai Chi. You now will be able to fight without thinking becoming instinctual and damaging. You actual time in any violent encounter will go down dramatically, enabling you to get to safety and with little or no damage quicker. PRIMARY FOCUS IS ON SMOOTHNESS, COVER AND VERSATILITY IN MOVEMENT, HOW TO SERIOUSLY DAMAGE AN ATTACKER AND COMPARISON IN THE ARTS TRAINING.

LEVEL 5: Phases: 1-6 "Brown Grade"
SECTION TRAINING IS THE FINAL "STUDENT" LEVEL YOU WILL TAKE IN YOUR FANG SHI DO CAREER. YOU WILL GO OVER EVERYTHING YOU HAVE BEEN TAUGHT SINCE YOU STARTED TAKING V-Force Scientific Fighting Concepts Concepts. EVERY SECTION WILL BE DONE WITH NO ERRORS. YOU WILL THEN BE GIVEN A SHORT EXAM ON ALL WHAT YOU HAVE BEEN TAUGHT AND YOU MUST PASS IT WITH AN 80% OR BETTER IN ORDER TO ACHIEVE YOUR FINAL STUDENT RANK. Must have had 10 times in the Fist Suit, 20 Fight Nights in Knife, Blade, Sticks,Tactical Firearms, Low Light, High Stress Environment and Being Pressed. FOCUS IS NOW ON HIGH STRESS ENCOUNTERS, CONTROL TACTICS, WEAPONS AND INSTRUCTOR GRADE.

LEVEL 5: Phases: 1-6 "Black Grade"

NOW YOU ARE READY TO BRANCH OUT AND SEE THE WORLD OF MARTIAL ARTS. SINCE V-FSFC IS A MIXTURE OF 7 TRADITIONAL ARTS, TO COMPLETE, UNDERSTAND THE SYSTEM AS A WHOLE YOU WILL BRANCH INTO ASIAN INFLUENCE, WESTERN, AND AMERICAN INFLUENCED MARTIAL ARTS & SELF DEFENSE. YOU WILL EDUCATED IN THE SCIENCE AND "ART" OF DEFENSE AND UNDERSTAND THE BENEFITS OF A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE ALL THROUGH MARTIAL ARTS AND SELF DEFENSE TRAINING WILL DEAL WITH INTRO TO TRADITIONAL MARTIAL ARTS & SCIENTIFIC FIGHTING EDUCATION.

LEVEL 7: "Phase 1-10 " - "Yellow Grade" - Master
The representative will now be brought into the areas of CQB/CQC/CQD/XCQF training and application, Various Martial Arts Ranking is needed and Self Defense systems. The representative will be trained in the art of weapons and live fire under direct guidance of the Master Chief Instructor. You must be a close reflection through skill as Chief Instructor Tommy DiLallo. Once here you are able to test schools, run seminars, private lessons and take the name of V-Force Scientific Fighting Concepts with you where ever you go. TRAINING IS FOCUSED ON ALL ASPECTS OF VFSFC, INCLUDING, MIXED MARTIAL ARTS, MILITARY & LAW ENFORCEMENT TACTICS TRAINING, WEAPON DEFENSE, CX3 CARDIO FITNESS, and THE MOTIVATED ARTS and FANG SHI DO AS A LIFESTYLE.

This Course Outline is a very basic outline of the course. This is just the ideas of what you will be learning without giving away any training secrets.

Combat Stances/Footwork – Learn the 3 basic dominating stances that are natural and effective.

Dynamic Entries - 3 of the 7 entries you will learn are ONLY taught and created by Chief Instructor Tommy DiLallo. Dominate your attacker’s space. Learn short range power; learn the 5 collapse zone levels and much more.

Defense against - We will teach you a number of moves and techniques on how to get out of trouble you might have found yourself in.

Aggression and Destruction - To beat your enemy means becoming more vicious than your enemy. We teach that aggression even in training is essential. Attitude truly is everything.

FANG SHI DO is the name for the OPEN HAND (SELF DEFENSE) fighting concept within the V-FORCESFC Organization. This is a combination of Japanese and Chinese languages due to their major influence within the fighting concept.
