ABOUT THE PROGRAMS:

Your advancement in VFSFC depends on you. The more you are dedicated, the more time you spend in class and practicing at home, the faster you will promote to the next level of training.

We want to make sure that your self-defense is correct and done in a matter and resembles the Instructors teachings and movements. Generally it will take someone 3-8 months to advance out of the first 2 levels. As the techniques and programs become more difficult and defined, it will obviously take you more time to advance.

Remember, that the programs offer many resolutions to your combat encounter, but it is you who will define "YOUR" style of V-FSFC.

ABOUT SPECIAL TRAINING:

Our Training Programs are geared more towards schools, units, clubs, organizations and/or businesses that deal with some aspect of self-defense or who just want to learn these valuable life saving techniques and fighting method.

Each Program is tailored to that individual groups needs and probabilities that they might encounter during a specific conflict. Every workshop is informative and interactive.

We find that Training Op's help certain industries more than other regular self defense seminars because of the research, conflict testing, environments and so on that are brought into its courses. Reality is what we are all about and we promise to give you just that.....Nothing watered down and yet, So simple that a child could even learn.

ABOUT WEAPONS TRAINING:

The weapons program is comprised of: Blunt Objects, Guns, Rifles, Knives, and improvised weapons, and LIVE SIMWEAPONS � training dealing with offensive, defensive and weapon against weapon.

We cover all aspects of the training which lead into CQC conflicts. We deal with moves that you have already studied in the V-FSFC system so you do not have to learn an entirely NEW program just to deal with weapons. For more information visit the link below.
