L-1 Instructor Keith S has an extensive background in Wing Tsun Kung Fu under Sifu Tommy DiLallo. His training stems also from 4 Lineages. Keith has also trained in Mixed Martial Arts, Muay Thai, Krav Maga and is a direct pupil of Master Chief Instructor Tommy DiLallo. Keith is now teaching classes at the FIGHTHOUSE in New York City.
